Colored beads are an excellent addition to your slime. Not only do they help create a visually appealing slimes, they are also an easy way to make it crunchy. For those of you who haven’t heard, “crunchy slime” is a whole genre of slime and there are even Instagram accounts dedicated to making the best “crunchy slime”. You can find different size and colored beads for all your different needs and to help produce the  crackling sound you’re shooting for. You could go with a single-colored bead slime or a multi-colored one depending on your preference. The shine from the beads can help prevent lackluster slime and its inclusion guarantees a highly textured slime.

Poof balls are not so different from foam cubes. This is another easy way to make crunchy slime with a lot of texture. Try different size poofs to get the texture you want. Since they are light, stretching the slime will still be able to hold them in place without weighing your concoction down. Vary the colors of the balls to make it even more appealing to the eyes. Be sure to start with less poof balls than what you need and then keep adding them in because it will be very difficult to remove them later.
